How to do one simple gratitude meditation: With each inhale and exhale, attach a gratitude thought to your breath. And your gratitude thoughts don’t have to be large thoughts…it could be something as simple as being grateful for your favorite pizza place in town! And you can take this gratitude meditation with you anywhere – you can do it in the line at the grocery store or in the car – just please – keep your eyes open for this one!
